This training track is for the runner who wants to move more efficiently and protect against injury without going to a gym or having access to a lot of equipment.
It progresses the athlete from working on general movement capabilities and basic strength, to movements and skills specific to running. Utilizing body weight, the environment, and minimal equipment such as bands, Stronger Strides Home will help you run stronger from your home.
Perfect for the runner who isn’t comfortable in gyms or doesn’t have the time to get to one twice a week, but still wants a periodized strength program to help them achieve their running goals.
