Select the Stronger Strides product you would like to join from our store, and check out. You will then receive an email with our Athlete’s Handbook containing all the information you will need on how to best use and follow the program. You will also receive a prompt to create an account with TeamBuildr, the app on which the program is delivered through. This is where your program can be found with updates made every month. There is no extra fee to use TeamBuildr.

We have two main avenues for you to choose from. Both of these programs are designed to get you moving better and striding stronger. The main difference will be the equipment you have access to and/or the level of strength you want to achieve.

16-20 inch stool, bench, step, or chair
Foam roller
As you progress beyond phase one, having access to a few weight options is helpful to better manage your progressions; however this is not essential and you can be creative with what you have at home!

Yes! Just email coaching@strongerstrides to let us know and we can make that switch for you at no additional cost.

Select the option that works best for you most of the time. You can always adjust your workouts based on where you are performing that day. As mentioned above, if you decide you want to switch, you can do so by emailing us at coaching@strongerstrides.com.

With any exercise, start by attempting the range that you feel like you can control and have no discomfort in. As you progress, you may find that your ability to have strength and control in that movement will improve, as will your range of motion. If it doesn’t improve, that’s okay! Stick to the range that does not give you discomfort.
If your gym does not have a particular piece of equipment required then please email us directly for modifications. If you are limited by an injury, speak with your physician or treating therapist for specific guidance. You can also check out our REHAB MODULES.

No worries, it’s a part of life! If you miss a single session, carry on as usual and keep rolling with the program. If you miss an entire week, then get back on the weekly program where you would have been had you not missed, but take it a bit easier the first week/few weeks you’re back. If you miss multiple weeks, come back to where you left off, taking a week or two easier, and ramp up gradually.

If you would like to put a hold on your membership, please contact us via email (coaching@strongerstrides.com) and we will make the necessary changes to programming and billing for you.
If you know the date you would like to resume, let us know and we can pause your subscription payments until that time. Your program on Teambuildr will be blank during this time, and will resume where you left off on the specified date. If you would like to resume from a different point in your program, that is no problem. Just send us another email and we will resume your program from the month you specify!

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do so by logging into your customer account on our website and going to “subscriptions”. Click the subscription you would like to manage, and click “cancel subscription”. All future payments from this point on will be cancelled. You will retain access to your program and Teambuildr until the end of the month of your final payment.
Alternatively, you may contact us via email (coaching@strongerstrides.com) to cancel your subscription, but please note that it will take us a minimum of 24 hours to fulfil your request. If you are contacting us to request a cancellation near your renewal date, please ensure there are at least 24 hours prior to renewal to avoid being charged for the next month.
