The Stronger Strides programs are separated into two training tracks, Stronger Strides Home and Stronger Strides Gym. They are designed for the endurance runner, progressing from basic movements to sport specific exercises and skills. The differences are:
Stronger Strides Home: For the athlete who trains at home with minimal equipment. All that is required are exercise bands, everyday items you may find in your home, some space and time.
Stronger Strides Gym: For the athlete who has access to a gym. Heavier weights are used, but the goal is still to enhance injury prevention and running performance.
We also offer shorter modules meant to tackle specific issues common to runners. These can be done on their own, or in conjunction with your Stronger Strides program.
Rehab/Prehab Modules: For the athlete who wants to put extra focus into strengthening areas that typically give runners grief. These are shorter programs that can be done on their own or in conjunction with one of the memberships. Minimal equipment is required and these can be done at home in under 30minutes.
